Rains may have forced an abrupt ending to the day, but rains could not dampen the spirits of those who attended the second annual One Burlington Festival.
The Festival brought together hundreds of people from multifaith, multicultural communities and traditions to celebrate diversity in a circle of equality, harmony and understanding.
Groups shared information, cultures shared food, community partners shared their specific interests, children laughed and played together — all adding to the overall success of the event held in Central Park Burlington, and everything was free.
Celebrating faith and culture as one is the primary goals of One Burlington Festival.
