In November, 54 people were inducted into the Order of Niagara over the course of two weekends, November 16th and November 23rd. This order is a lay order of people who have given of themselves their time and talents to the church, their community, and the diocese.

Welcoming the inductees, Bishop Susan expressed her deep gratitude for their service, “I say this truly, without these examples of service in which we see the light of Christ, there would be no ministry of the Church to speak of. You are the Church…thank you all for all that you give, and all that you do in Christ’s name, but most of all, thank you for who you are.”

On November 23, the induction ceremony recognized people from Brock, Lincoln, and Hamilton-Haldimand regions
